Back To Nanny Cay

Back to Nanny Cay today.  We left around 10:30 am.  Our next crew member, Andrew, is coming in today.  Well, when we came around the island to heading to Nanny cay, we got the crap beat out of us.  It was blowing 30 knots on the nose and had 6 to 8 foot seas. They were not swells either.  It was all chop.  It felt like we were back on the Chesapeake Bay.  We average 2.2 knots through the water.  It took us 3 hours instead of 1 hour to get there.

We finally made it to the entrance and there was another boat going in as well.  You have to kept speed through the entrance so you don't get bashed into the rocks on the starboard side.  The boat in front of us slowed down to much.  They were putting us in pickle.  We slowed way down, but we ended up ok.  Once we got in, Paul and Dan washed the boat down.  I ordered bulk items from the Rite Way food market on line.  It's fantastic!  They deliver all the items the next day to your boat.  Afterward I worked on cleaning the inside of the boat.  Around 5:00 pm Andrew was still not here yet.  Paul and I went to take a shower.  Dan stayed behind just in case Andrew showed up.  Andrew showed up around 6:30 pm.  We all had drinks and then headed up to the beach bar.  We had some pizza's for dinner.  We all partied with Davis all night.  We ended up back on the boat and had some more drinks.  Then we all ended up crashing out including Davis.
