Day 15 Atlantic Cup 2011

It was a long cold evening.  We managed to get out of the gulf stream.  We are heading to Hampton.  We are about 70 miles away from the channel marker entrance.  We tried to sail in the morning, but were not making much progress.  Another motor job.  We had grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch.  It really hit the spot on a chilly day.  Everyone caught up on some much needed sleep today.  By 6:00 pm we were at the channel marker.  The current was going with us.  We were going 7 knots on 2400 RPM's.  Paul made filet's for dinner.  As it started to get dark we were going up the major shipping channel.  There were boats anchored and moving all over.  It was challenging to figure out what was moving and not.  We had no issue and made it into Blue Water Yacht Center around 11:30 am.  We tied up to the fuel dock for the evening.  WE decided to fuel up again since we have been motoring a good bit.
